Pure Evil is not another fixed Bassman voice. It is a hand-wired, 50-watt tube platform designed to replace the PCB amplifier chassis in a Bassman-style cabinet…and then be pushed HARD by whatever a modern modeler can become.

  • Built for a modeler’s full output — the headroom-forward 6SN7 front end accepts a strong signal without collapsing into premature preamp distortion

  • The modeler creates the voice; the amplifier makes it physical — the EL34 output stage, transformer and real guitar cabinet supply the voltage, current and moving air

  • Tone controls become cabinet tuning — Treble, Middle, Bass and Presence trim the interaction among the modeler, speakers, cabinet and room instead of forcing everything through one permanent amp voice

  • Normal or Raw — retain the tone stack for final cabinet correction or bypass it for a more direct path from the modeler

  • Change the feel beneath the model — Boost, Open/OFF/Tight negative feedback and tube/solid-state rectification alter drive, damping, attack and compression without replacing the modeler’s core tone
